Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your session date. The remaining balance is due on or before the session day.
• Session dates may be rescheduled due to weather or illness at no additional charge.

Copyright & Usage

• All images are copyrighted by Little Chapters Photography (Stephanie) and may be used for portfolio, website, or promotional purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.
• Clients receive personal usage rights to print and share their images for non-commercial purposes.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients are responsible for arriving on time and prepared for their session.
• Special requests or must-have shots should be communicated in advance.

Liability

• We take great care with your images, but cannot be held responsible for circumstances beyond our control (such as equipment failure, weather, or illness).
